Frequently asked questions about escape rooms
In the end, only those who work well together will discover the solution to escape from our rooms. No specialist knowledge is required to master our escape game. Attention, the logical combination of details and perseverance help achieve success. And if you don't know what to do next, the game master will help you with a hint.
No. Our tasks are specially planned so that different skills have to be used. The easiest way to find out is, when as many different people as possible are working together. Beginners should book the medium-difficulty rooms first. If in doubt, the game master will help with little tips.
You may cancel regular bookings free of charge by email up to 72 hours before the game starts. Cancellations and rescheduling requests received later are subject to the graduated terms in section 4 of our Conditions. You may demonstrate that no loss or a lower loss was incurred.
For expressly agreed team events outside our regular opening hours, cancellation is free of charge up to seven days (168 hours) before the event. After that, the special provision in section 4.9 of the Terms and Conditions applies, taking account of saved expenses and any replacement booking. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
You may increase the number of players up to the last moment, within the capacity of the relevant game. Additional charges are payable on site. For other changes, please contact us by email.
